M.A.D.E. CC. was established in 1996 by Hertz Hanan servicing the automation side of the metals cutting and welding industry.

Years of experience in providing reliable serviceable solutions.

With qualifications and a background in industrial electronics M.A.D.E. CC. was able to supply and service a wide range of welding and cutting equipment specializing in CNC gas profiling and plasma cutting.

The customer base was mostly in the heavy industrial sector in steel cut and supply, construction and ship building. Our customers are based in all the major industrial centers of South Africa but being located in the eastern province of KwaZulu Natal our focus are the metropolitan areas of Durban and Richards Bay with a lot of smaller surrounding cities.

Introducing the people of madecnc.

M.A.D.E. CC. ventured into supplying a range of their own designed and locally manufactured CNC Profile machines when Robert van Zyl joined in 2009.

We are a small team of seasoned experts specializing in servicing the metal profiling industry. Through designing and manufacturing our own products, we enable our customers to operate at peak efficiency by providing spares, consumables, and operator training. Our hands-on approach, coupled with a mutually beneficial relationship, allows us to tailor practical, robust machines that are a joy to operate and easy to maintain in our well-equipped facility.

ROBERT VAN ZYL.

M.A.D.E. CC. ventured into supplying a range of their own designed and locally manufactured CNC Profile machines when Robert van Zyl joined in 2009. He brought with him a vast array of expertise and experience starting with an education in electronic and mechanical engineering and 20yrs experience in industrial electronics and mechanical design. Having previously worked for a CNC machine builder he had extensive experience in all aspects of the industry from design and manufacturing to installation, training and support. Over the last 20 yrs in the profiling industry he has acquired a reputation as the go to guy for anything to do with CNC profiling particularly in the heavy steel industry and in the most demanding applications.

EMSIE HENNING.

Emsie Henning worked for M.A.D.E. CC. from the early 2000’s until now handling the admin and stock being the friendly familiar voice taking consumable and spares orders. Her knowledge of the products and relentless determination to service our customers has given her the reputation that if anyone can, Emsie will supply the parts and keep you running in the shortest time.

2023. After years of service and running the business M.A.D.E. CC is now owned and operated by Emsie Henning and Robert van Zyl handling the administration and technical aspects of the business respectively.

UNMATCHED SERVICE AND REPUTATION.

You will not find a used HiCut machine on the market as every machine sold is still in production with the original customers bar two that were damaged in the catastrophic 2022 Durban floods. One was restored within a few weeks to assist with the recovery of the business and the other was upgraded to a larger HiCut Machine. Such is the service and reputation we have with our customers that we are trusted to keep them running whatever the challenge.
