STANDARD GANTRY STYLE FRAME
Our most popular machine, configurable for a variety of cutting processes and sizes. We have built machines up to 33m long with 2 gantries and 4 cutting torches.
3015 HP
Our original small machine aimed at the HVAC industry. Extremely durable and low maintenance. Standard with downdraft fume extraction that works extremely well keeping the shop clear of smoke and cutting dust.

ECKELLMAN CNC
Our own designed and assembled controller utilising an Eckellmann PLC type CNC and digital drives. With 2 integral automatic torch height controls this is an extremely capable high end solution in a simplified package. The touch screen PC runs dedicated Eckelmann software with digital connected integration to most of the high end plasma systems. It includes built in cutting technology files for easy setup and operation for optimal cut performance. The Touch Screen PC and Windows operating system is future proofed by allowing upgrades. The software is non subscription based and freely upgradable. This is aimed as a retrofit for existing machines with outdated PC based controllers.
HICUT BEAM MACHINE
Our solution to beam castleation and feature cutting for the construction industry.These machines are capable of cutting flat plate as well for making gussets and base plates). Originally our machines used oxyfuel torches and optical pattern tracing to achieve this. This new design utilising plasma and CNC control has drastically sped up and increased the capabilities of our construction customers.
PIPE END CUTTER
This machine was developed to trim pipe already bent on a CNC pipe bender.
CNC PIPE PLASMA AND DRILL.
This machine was developed for fast processing of pipe and tubes with the need for precision hole features.
OPTICAL LINE TRACER
Our oldest product that pre-dates the boom in PC CAD design and CNC machines that still finds a place in the market. They are used by repair shops in the earthmoving and ship repair industry that deal with emergency repairs and cardboard cutouts as templates.
