To address reported field issues in Phoenix® software, we have released an unplanned interim release of Phoenix CNC software maintenance version 10.23.2 for EDGE ® Connect CNCs. For improved safety, please encourage all customers to update their software to version 10.23.2 or higher.
This maintenance update includes:
- Resolution of an issue in 10.23.0 where in Dual Bevel applications, Phoenix did not enable the drives for Rotate 2 and Tilt 2 in a 10 axes configuration.
- Fix for an issue activating an input (See the Release notes for the list of inputs) that closed the Save part for later dialog and caused the machine to return to the start without the operator selecting Yes or No.

Use your Hypertherm Associates account login credentials to access the Software Knowledge Base.
